Returns and right of withdrawal.

14-day right of withdrawal. Changed your mind? You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason.

Exception for sealed music. If a record, CD or tape is sealed (for example in shrink wrap) and you break the seal, your right of withdrawal for that product ends. Please only open a sealed product if you want to keep it.

How to withdraw.

Tell us within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return it. Use the email address, and use the form below.
Include your order number and which items you are returning.
Send the item, to the address you received after first contact, no later than 14 days after you told us you are returning it.

Condition of the item. Return the item in the condition you received it, with the original packaging and everything that came with it. If you handle it more than needed to inspect it, we may deduct an amount for loss in value.

Return shipping costs.
The costs of returning the item are paid by you.

Refunds. We refund you within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the payment method you used to pay. We may wait until we have received the item back, or until you show proof that you sent it back.

Pre-orders. For pre-orders, the 14 days start when you receive the item.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days after delivery at the email address, with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will work with you on a solution: replacement, repair or refund.
