Terms of service

1. Who we are.
AppleDizzle Records, trading as AppleDizzle Records, the Netherlands, Apeldoorn. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number: 80692869. VAT number: NL003484069B60. Email: appledizzle055@gmail.com. 

2. Scope.
These terms apply to all offers and orders through appledizzle.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

3. Offer and prices.
Our products are often limited editions and are sold while supplies last. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added and shown before you pay. We may correct mistakes in prices or product information. 

4. Payment.
You pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout, such as iDEAL, Klarna or PayPal. For pre-orders you pay the full amount now.

5. Delivery.
See the page Shipping and delivery. Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the pressing plant, carrier or customs, as far as the law allows.

6. Withdrawal and returns.
See the page Returns and right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty and complaints.
Our products must be as you can reasonably expect. If you have a complaint, tell us as soon as possible at appledizzle055@gmail.com. We respond within 3 business days. 

8. Liability
AppleDizzle Records is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law.
Dutch law applies to our contracts. If you live in another country, you keep the legal protection of that country as far as it is mandatory.
