Marvin Adam is a rapper and producer from Zaandam who, outside the booth, travels the country running workshops that help young people find their voice through rap and spoken word. That same mission runs through "Eet, Slaap, Hustle": honest, raw, and unapologetically motivating music built around personal growth, discipline and mental clarity — hip-hop with substance for listeners who dare to feel and grow. The title itself doubles as the album's mantra, distilling the daily grind into three simple, relentless words.
