Hailing from Bari, Italy, AK the Kid built this record entirely around a batch of beats sent his way by producer Bill Carson, then wrote, performed, recorded and mixed every bar himself before sending it off for mastering. Released September 8, 2025, Now We're Cooking With Gas keeps the guest list to a minimum — just labelmate Welsed showing up on "Best Kept" — and leans on a loose kitchen metaphor running through the track titles and cover art. The project carries a dedication to Walino, aka Superwatt aka Cioccolata, a nod to someone close to the Bari scene who's no longer around to see it released.
