Before he was Swigga, he was L-Swift — a road-tested member of Natural Elements, 2Face and the NorthEastWildcats with countless singles, freestyles and mixtapes to his name. Sunset Mindset is his proper solo debut, merging two projects he'd been quietly building at once: a shelved early album called Swigga Szn and the more reflective, sun-worn material that gives this record its title. Produced by a deep bench including Scram Jones, Charlemagne, J Armz and Joe Nights, it's a deliberate step away from Natural Elements' signature sound, showcasing Swigga's range as a songwriter in his own right.
