Schmerzplanet (“Pain Planet”) is the 2025 full-length from German underground rapper ASOLO, released on Düsseldorf label Throwback Vinyl as only its second-ever release. Across fourteen dark, atmospheric tracks, ASOLO frames dreams as the antidote to a toxic reality, backed by scratches from respected turntablist Chinch 33 and features that include Deutschrap veteran Retrogott, alongside Lakmann, P. Hightower, Sauce Heist, Bricc Kwon, and JACE. It's a moody, boom-bap-rooted record made by and for the German rap underground, with mixing and mastering handled by Demian Jacob.
