FEIS (Faisal Mssyeh) was a Rotterdam rapper of Moroccan descent and a key member of the Ecktuh Ecktuh collective, known for blending raw street storytelling with real vulnerability. Hard van buiten, gebroken van binnen ("Hard on the outside, broken on the inside") was his debut album, released in 2014 and still regarded as one of the defining Dutch rap records of its era. FEIS was fatally shot in Rotterdam on New Year's Day 2019 at just 32 years old, and this striking orange 2LP reissue on TopNotch keeps his catalog alive on wax for a new generation of listeners.
