OGD is an Amsterdam emcee, producer and the founder of OVI Records, a label he built as a platform for the city's underground hip-hop community — part label, part "Sound Army" bringing together MCs, producers and DJs around a shared DIY ethic rooted in graffiti and sample culture. Produced with Don D, William LX, Gearloose and OGD himself, Pressure Makes Diamonds 2 leans on soulful samples and rugged drums, with Juice T.R.M., Equivocal and Ra Double among the guests. It is the sequel to his earlier Pressure Makes Diamonds project and continues OVI's mission of putting Amsterdam's rap underground onto physical wax, now reaching more than 40 stores across Europe.
